Sales Enablement & Performance Coach

About the role

Jetson is seeking a Sales Enablement & Performance Coach to elevate the capabilities of its inside sales team. You will design training systems, onboard new reps, and partner with managers to turn strong lead flow into consistent, repeatable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for inside sales representatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook covering talk tracks, objection handling, pricing, and closing techniques for home‑services sales.
• Create and manage a content library of job aids, call guides, competitive positioning, and product knowledge resources.
• Identify gaps in the sales process, analyze call recordings and CRM data, and propose solutions to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and RevOps leadership to implement technology, including AI tools, that accelerates enablement and performance.
• Coach managers to become effective coaches themselves and track measurable improvement in conversion and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling home services or HVAC in a high‑volume inside‑sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training that drives measurable performance gains.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using call recordings, CRM data, and sales metrics for coaching.
• Comfortable partnering with leadership to implement process and technology improvements.
