Customer Service Representative – Counter Sales

About the role

Join EMCO Corporation as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) working at our Profit Centre counters in North Vancouver. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, delivering top‑tier service while supporting sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers purchasing material at the Profit Centre counters.
• Research products, provide recommendations and promote the product assortment.
• Enter, pick, pack and process sales orders generated at the counter.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and well‑presented counter sales area.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert buyers when stock is low.
• Follow up on back‑orders and communicate status to customers.
• Generate leads for Outside Account Managers through networking and merchandising.
• Support Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams as needed.
