About the role

Join Purdys Chocolatier as a Chocolate Sales Connoisseur at the Lynn Valley Centre. This permanent part‑time position focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while driving sales of award‑winning chocolate products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to all customers.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure a clean store environment.
• Participate in the company’s chocolate training program to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about chocolate and eager to learn about its origins and production.
• Dedicated to delivering a great customer experience.
• Energetic, personable, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Team‑oriented and willing to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is an asset but not mandatory.
