About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Appcast, part of the StepStone Group, you will be the first point of contact for prospective employers looking to improve their recruitment advertising. You will engage prospects in consultative conversations, uncover hiring needs, and generate qualified opportunities that feed a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels to engage and qualify potential customers.
• Perform discovery conversations to understand client challenges and position Appcast’s programmatic recruitment solutions.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the ideal customer profile.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure high‑quality meetings and smooth hand‑offs.
• Meet or exceed prospecting and pipeline development targets through consistent outreach.
• Leverage emerging AI‑powered tools to enhance research, outreach, and operational efficiency.
