Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales across furniture, technology and supplies. You will work closely with store leaders to meet sales and margin goals and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, offering tailored products and services using the store’s selling model.
• Process transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping and marketing tools.
• De‑escalate complex customer situations and refer to management when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked store environment, including dusting, arranging front‑facing products, and ensuring demo units are functional.
• Support merchandising and signage standards, including planograms and stocking.
• Uphold Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.

Required profile

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
