Sales Associate – Furniture Retail

About the role

Join Ashley Canada – The Dufresne Group as a Sales Associate in Lethbridge. You’ll help guests create homes they love by guiding them to the right furniture and décor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, trends and competitor offerings.
• Build relationships through phone calls, online leads and in‑store traffic.
• Stay organized and follow through on all guest needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of sales experience, retail or commission‑based preferred.
• Confident, results‑driven sales approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb and stay active on the sales floor.
