About the role

Join COBS Bread as a Sales Assistant and become part of a friendly bakery team that delivers fresh, delicious products to the community. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in customer service, merchandising, and even basic baking.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in‑bakery experience for regular and new customers.
• Merchandise products and support marketing campaigns within the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
• Assist with production tasks, including learning basic baking techniques.
• Handle cash, credit‑card and debit transactions when required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a friendly demeanor.
• Reliability, self‑motivation and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Team‑player who enjoys interacting with customers.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic point‑of‑sale transaction experience (preferred).
