About the role
Join COBS Bread as a Sales Assistant and become the friendly face of our fresh‑baked bakery. No prior experience is required – we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional in‑bakery customer experience and build relationships with regular patrons.
- Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns on the shop floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
- Assist with production tasks, including basic baking duties.
Required profile
- Enjoy delivering personable, high‑quality service to customers.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and reliable work ethic.
- Self‑motivated, eager to learn new skills, and comfortable working in a team.
- Retail experience and cash/credit‑card handling are strong assets.
