Rope Access Technician (RAT) – High‑Rise Work

About the role

We are seeking a Rope Access Technician (RAT) to perform high‑rise work on our property care projects in Toronto. The role involves working at heights on scaffolding, swing stages, and other access systems to maintain and service high‑rise buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on buildings 8 stories or higher.
• Operate safely on rope access systems, scaffolding, and swing stages.
• Handle and transport tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Work in various weather conditions, including dusty, wet, and outdoor environments.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Required profile

• IRATA certification (or equivalent rope access qualification).
• 1–2 years of experience in rope access or high‑rise work.
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
• Flexibility for shift or on‑call work.
