Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Team Leader to join our store management team. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering excellent daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, merchandising, and store safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and the receipt and unpacking of daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties, including break scheduling, time‑keeping, and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures, and store security tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts, employee training, hiring, and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
