About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our Summerland vape shop. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, and schedule store staff.
- Order and manage merchandise inventory.
- Authorize merchandise returns and handle cash management.
- Prepare sales, merchandising, and personnel reports.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Prior experience in retail or supervisory roles is an asset.
