Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering the distinctive Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while ensuring the store meets performance goals and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high‑performing team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model excellent service.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary and collaborating with leadership.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance and business priorities.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency required for Quebec‑based roles.
• Strong integrity, trust‑building ability, and commitment to inclusive leadership.
