About the role

Winners is seeking enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Toronto location on a part‑time basis. You will be the face of the store, helping customers enjoy a welcoming shopping experience while learning the fundamentals of retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist them in finding products.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and maintain a tidy sales floor.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in training and development programs to build retail skills.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable, and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Clear communicator who listens actively and addresses customer needs.
• Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal record check.
