Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative (Part‑Time)

About the role

Merchandising Consultants Associates is seeking a part‑time Retail Sales and Merchandising Representative to support top brands in Calgary stores. The role involves executing planograms, maintaining product displays and providing in‑store data collection on a flexible schedule of 5‑10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange merchandise according to detailed planograms.
• Build, modify and dismantle displays while adhering to client branding standards.
• Ensure shelves are well‑stocked, properly arranged and ready for purchase.
• Install signage and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos and provide regular updates using company tools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted company representative.
• Utilize image‑recognition apps and scanning technology to collect retail data.

Required profile

• Reliable and takes pride in work.
• Familiar with merchandising in grocery, drug store or big‑box environments.
• Able to read and execute planograms.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology for photography and imaging apps.
• Self‑starter who thrives under pressure and ambiguity.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.
