About the role

Join Bath & Body Works as a Retail Sales Associate at Conestoga Mall, where you will be the face of the brand and help customers discover fragrances and products that fit their lifestyle. You will work in a high‑energy store environment, delivering friendly service and supporting the overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in‑store customer experiences through product knowledge, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, ensure a clean and organized cash wrap, and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with product replenishment, visual merchandising, floor‑set execution, and window changes.
• Maintain brand standards, safety protocols, and store cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Lift and move merchandise (up to 10 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and bending.
