Part Time Floor Leader

About the role

As a Part‑Time Floor Leader at a busy retail location, you will support the Store Management Team in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will spend most of your time on the shop floor, coaching sales associates and leading by example.

Key responsibilities

• Use StoreForce dashboard data to coach the team, adjust floor layout, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrate world‑class customer service, including product demos and consultations.
• Educate shoppers on Lush brand values such as ethical sourcing, vegetarian products, and naked packaging.
• Train and develop sales ambassadors on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging among team members.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and a strong interest in cosmetics and ethical beauty.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and motivate a team.
• Commitment to creating a positive, fun work environment.
