Retail Educator – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Educator is the front‑line ambassador of lululemon, responsible for delivering world‑class guest experiences in the Yonge/Eglinton store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s culture of inclusivity and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations and purchase solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining the benefits and performance features of lululemon apparel.
• Execute seamless transactions, including omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean, luxury environment.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues promptly.
• Foster an inclusive team atmosphere by welcoming diverse perspectives and supporting colleagues.
