Restoration Supervisor – Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead insurance‑related restoration projects for Danuk Construction Ltd. based in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing on‑site teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workers and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Provide training or arrange training for staff, including WHMIS compliance.
• Set up machines and equipment required for restoration work.
• Estimate costs and material requirements and monitor expenditures.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on the job site.
• Recommend personnel actions and lead individual team members.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising construction or restoration activities.
• WHMIS certification.
• Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a strong team player.

Required skills

• WHMIS certification (knowledge of hazardous materials handling).
