About the role
We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Wasaga Beach location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations.
- Train and supervise a team of 3‑4 staff members.
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Manage inventory and negotiate with suppliers for food and supplies.
- Negotiate catering contracts and facility usage with clients.
- Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral communication and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexible, organized, and attentive to detail.
