About the role
We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team in Wasaga Beach. You will oversee food preparation, ensure quality standards, and provide excellent service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints and ensure service meets quality control standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to supervise a team of 3‑4 food and beverage staff.
- Client‑focused with excellent oral communication.
- Flexibility and strong teamwork orientation.
