About the role
We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Mission location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring high‑quality service, and managing a team of 5‑10 staff members.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to control labour and food costs.
- Develop and manage daily operational plans, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for food, beverage, and catering arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, sales, and inventory.
