About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Coquitlam location. The role combines financial oversight, staff management and customer service to ensure a profitable and high‑quality dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to control food, beverage, and supply costs.
- Monitor daily revenues and labour costs to maintain profitability.
- Supervise, train and schedule a team of 5‑10 staff members.
- Recruit new staff and manage performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory control and ordering, negotiating with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Address customer complaints and ensure service standards.
- Implement operational procedures and determine service offerings.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary school graduation.
- 3 to less than 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Responsibility for budgets between $100,001 and $500,000.
- Experience supervising a team of 5‑10 employees.
