About the role
The GAZAL lounge is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze the budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Evaluate, plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules and supervise a team of 1‑2 employees.
- Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
- Manage special events and coordinate staff for smooth execution.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Organized and a strong team player.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
