Restaurant Manager – 100 Mile House

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of an A&W location in 100 Mile House, BC. Reporting to regional leadership, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent guest experience while driving profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, balancing food quality, speed of service, guest experience and cost control.
• Monitor weekly P&L performance, managing food, labour and operating expenses.
• Maintain A&W operational standards, conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, public health and provincial employment regulations.
• Develop staff schedules, manage inventory, ordering, waste tracking and equipment maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, coach and, when necessary, terminate hourly and supervisory staff.
• Lead regular team meetings, health and safety briefings and document critical incidents.
• Complete daily, weekly and period‑end accounting and administrative tasks accurately.

Required profile

• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs and drive sales.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and employment standards in British Columbia.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development.

• Base salary ranging from $57,595.20 to $76,500 per year.
