About the role
The Restaurant General Manager will lead all aspects of operations at Toscana Italian Grill in Calgary, ensuring high-quality service and profitability. This full‑time, onsite position oversees staff, resources, and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinate work across regions, divisions or departments within the restaurant.
- Establish objectives, formulate and approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors or executive staff, delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for morning, day and weekend shifts.
- Commitment to supporting newcomers, refugees and youth through integration programs.
