About the role
Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station—from grill to cash register—while delivering real, responsibly sourced food.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s standards.
- Operate stations such as grill, prep, salsa, expo, and cashier.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
