Replenisher – Inventory & Supplier Management

About the role

Lufa Farms is looking for a detail‑oriented Replenisher to support its Category Manager in managing supplier relationships and inventory levels. You will help keep our rooftop greenhouse stocked with fresh, local produce while ensuring efficient logistics and accurate billing.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance and handle all communications regarding quantities, logistics, and invoicing.
• Forecast orders and maintain lean inventory while respecting product and ordering constraints.
• Collaborate with the Category Manager to meet category KPIs.
• Resolve cross‑departmental issues quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate promotions with suppliers and marketing, ensuring product descriptions and images are correct.

Required profile

• Highly organized, committed, and detail‑focused.
• Experience in account management and business relations.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and respect for deadlines.
• Proficient with computers and various software applications.
• Team player who can also work independently.
