About the role

Lufa Farms is seeking a detail‑oriented Replenisher to support its Category Manager in managing supplier relationships and inventory. You will help keep stock levels lean while ensuring product availability in a fast‑moving, sustainable food environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on supplier performance and manage all communications, including quantities, logistics, and billing.
• Forecast orders with suppliers and maintain lean inventory within product and ordering constraints.
• Collaborate directly with the Category Manager to meet category KPIs.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with other internal departments.
• Coordinate promotions with suppliers and marketing, ensuring accurate descriptions and photos.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, committed, organized, and effective.
• Experience in accounts management and business relations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• Punctual with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to work quickly and precisely in an ever‑changing environment.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and respect for deadlines.
• Comfortable using various computer software, especially spreadsheet creation tools.
• Enthusiastic team player capable of independent work.
