Remote Web Developer – $70/hr Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our distributed team on a contract basis. This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work between 10 and 40 hours per week while delivering high‑quality web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, user‑friendly web applications.
• Integrate backend APIs and manage data exchange between frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Participate in project planning and technical solution discussions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating and consuming backend APIs.
• Solid understanding of responsive and cross‑browser web design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and digital project tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
