About the role

This remote, part‑time contract position focuses on boosting the online visibility of a leading solar solutions provider in Canada. You will combine traditional SEO techniques with AI‑driven strategies to improve search rankings, especially on Google Maps, and expand digital reach across the Alberta market.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive SEO audits and implement on‑page and off‑page optimization.
• Enhance local SEO performance, targeting Google Maps and location‑based searches in Alberta.
• Develop and apply AI‑powered methods to increase website visibility and user engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SEO tactics with broader marketing campaigns.
• Stay current on SEO and AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the solar industry.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
• Demonstrated success improving search rankings and local SEO, particularly Google Maps.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written communication.
• Experience with energy, technology, or related sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results on a part‑time basis.
• Immediate availability and ability to work remotely.
