Remote Pharmacist (Canada) – Full‑Time

About the role

Join Sentrex Health Solutions as a Remote Pharmacist supporting clinics across Canada. You will work full‑time from Ontario, providing clinical and technical pharmacy services while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for clinical accuracy and technical compliance.
• Provide patient counseling and resolve drug‑related issues.
• Process, fill, and check medication orders for delivery to clinics.
• Communicate with clinic staff, nurses, and physicians via phone or email to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to provincial College of Pharmacists regulations and SOPs.
• Participate in cross‑training and assist other pharmacy areas as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in prescription verification, patient counseling, and drug‑distribution processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting regulatory standards.
