Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in French and English, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
