Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will engage with customers in both languages, providing friendly assistance and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
