This entry‑level position involves following scripted talking points, engaging with prospects who have already expressed interest, and providing a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who are beginning the benefits review process.
• Deliver clear, introductory explanations of available benefits programs.
• Maintain organized records of each customer’s progress and update status regularly.
• Assist customers step‑by‑step through early onboarding procedures.
• Document notes and share updates with internal team members.
