Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, fluent‑English Appointment Setter to join our international coaching and marketing agency. Working remotely, you will ensure our Program Advisors have a steady flow of qualified appointments, helping martial arts schools and service‑based businesses scale to seven figures.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts and follow‑ups to leads promptly and professionally.
• Engage prospects in natural conversations to qualify interest and schedule appointments.
• Enter accurate notes, updates and follow‑up tasks into our CRM.
• Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled calls to maximize show rates.
• Collaborate with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve lead flow and conversion.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication and minimal accent.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily outreach quotas.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and consistent follow‑through.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and be accountable for hitting targets.
