Registries Agent

About the role

As a Registries Agent with Western Financial Group, you will use your customer‑service expertise to support Alberta Registries clients, handling licensing and registration inquiries across phone, email and in‑person interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily registries and licensing needs via phone, in‑person and email.
• Stay current on product knowledge and build strong relationships with clients.
• Complete self‑development through industry training and courses.
• Generate new leads from existing client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Experience with detailed processes and procedures, preferably in an administrative role.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
• Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets.
