Regional Sales Manager – Alberta & BC

About the role

Eastlink is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to expand its residential and multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) footprint across Central and Southern Alberta while supporting growth initiatives in key British Columbia markets. The role is field‑focused, requiring regular travel, community engagement, and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and community stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Develop and execute regional growth plans to increase residential and MDU penetration.
• Review partner performance, drive revenue growth, and support agreement execution.
• Lead local market activation initiatives such as grassroots marketing, sponsorships, events, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads, improve conversion, and meet growth targets.
• Monitor and report on market performance and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and works well independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and partner activities.
