Recruitment Coordinator – Early Talent

About the role

Join RBC’s Early Talent team and help shape the future workforce by providing seamless recruitment support for Personal and Commercial Banking. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, students and external partners to ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to deliver excellent support to managers and candidates.
• Facilitate on‑campus events, including logistics, delivery and follow‑up.
• Prepare student offer letters, recruitment reports and assist with ongoing projects.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, ad‑hoc assignments and other recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support student onboarding.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an office environment (including internships).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and numeric reasoning abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving and judgment skills.
• Experience in Human Resources is a plus.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.
