Recruiter – High‑Volume Talent Acquisition (Hybrid, Toronto)

About the role

Raise is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join a leading client’s talent acquisition team in Toronto. This hybrid position (four days onsite, one day remote) offers a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension, supporting high‑volume hiring across corporate roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to Recruiters and Senior Recruiters.
• Post job requirements and coordinate with Senior Recruiters.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver ~35 offers per month.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.
• Based in Toronto and able to work on‑site four days a week.
