Recruiter – 12-Month Contract (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 12‑month contract in a hybrid work setting. You will act as a Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, guiding hiring decisions and building a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles: intake, requisition creation, interview scheduling, hiring events, background checks, and offer delivery.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and provide strategic sourcing advice.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies using market data and best practices.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
• Promote the client’s employer brand through advertising, social media, and networking activities.
• Participate in regular meetings, including weekly one‑on‑ones with the manager and team sessions.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably high‑volume.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
