Quality Technician

About the role

The Quality Technician supports the ET/UT product line by ensuring that production processes and products meet established quality standards. You will work directly on the shop floor, performing inspections, documenting non‑conformities, and driving corrective actions to maintain high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Support operators when quality issues or production blockers arise.
• Perform regular inspections on production lines to verify compliance with technical specifications.
• Identify non‑conforming products or materials, including assembly errors and deviations.
• Prepare detailed non‑conformity reports (NCRs) with photos and use tracking tools to follow up.
• Inspect finished products, semi‑finished items, work‑in‑progress, and raw materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to work on production lines and support operators in real time.
• Experience performing product inspections and documenting findings.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying non‑conformities and preparing accurate NCRs.
• Willingness to collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements.
