Quality Assurance Intern – Learning Management System

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to support the implementation and management of its Learning Management System (LMS) at the Brampton site. The role will give you hands‑on experience creating electronic training content, converting SOPs into SCORM‑compatible modules, and aligning curricula with job roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCORM‑compatible e‑learning modules from site SOPs.
• Create and configure electronic training courses within the LMS.
• Link courses to appropriate curricula based on job roles and update job code matrices.
• Build and manage a structured question bank aligned with SOP content.
• Perform quality checks to ensure training content accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Report any adverse events received from customers to the pharmacovigilance department within one business day (for customer‑facing roles).

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (IT, Science, Business, Engineering or related field).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with online systems and learning new software tools
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards (asset, not required)
