Proposal Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for a detail‑oriented Proposal Specialist to lead the creation of high‑quality proposals, RFQ/RFP submissions, and client‑facing documents. The role works closely with business development, operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely, polished, and compliant submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and pre‑qualification packages.
• Write, edit, and format clear, compelling proposal content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project information, resumes, case studies, and supporting documents.
• Manage proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission requirements.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, professional, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain proposal templates, project profiles, and marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Experience in proposal writing, marketing, communications, or business development support.
• Strong writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services is an asset.
