Project Sales Representative

About the role

The Project Sales Representative drives growth by developing customer relationships and selling heavy‑lift, rigging, transportation and specialized project solutions. Working closely with engineering, operations and field teams, the role guides opportunities from initial contact through award and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities in heavy‑lift, rigging and transportation services.
• Conduct site visits and project evaluations to gather information and support solution development.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and field teams to create practical, innovative project proposals and estimates.
• Lead customer presentations, negotiate scope, pricing and service agreements, and ensure smooth transition to execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in industrial sales, construction, manufacturing, engineering services or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to travel regularly and pass a fit‑for‑duty exam.
