Project Manager – EV Infrastructure Partnership (Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports a high‑priority electric‑vehicle (EV) partnership initiative within a forward‑thinking infrastructure and sustainable energy organization. Over a 3–6 month period, you will coordinate onboarding, legal negotiations, and cross‑functional execution to keep the partnership on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day coordination and execution of project activities across the partnership initiative.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate legal, procurement, technical, and operations stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and maintain status reporting.
• Monitor progress, prepare updates and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Support onboarding activities and external partner coordination.
• Assist with governance, documentation, approvals, and project control processes.
• Promote accountability and alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable partnership and deployment models and support broader business initiatives.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Public Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
