Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Toronto)

About the role

Insight Global is looking for a proactive Project Manager to join a fast‑paced PMO within a leading retail‑lending organization in Toronto. The role focuses on enterprise‑wide digital transformation, specifically the rebuild of a customer‑facing digital application and client portal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital initiatives, coordinating internal teams and a third‑party vendor responsible for front‑end redesign.
• Partner with technology, commercial, and IT leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery of complex, regulated‑environment projects.
• Translate technical progress into clear updates for senior and executive stakeholders.
• Drive project momentum within Agile pod structures and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end project management experience, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with both technology and business teams.
• Experience managing external vendors and supporting digital transformation of customer‑facing applications.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑changing, high‑urgency environments.
