Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator with experience in residential construction to keep projects organized and running smoothly. Based in Kelowna, you will coordinate schedules, documentation, procurement, budgets and communications, ensuring teams, trades, suppliers and clients stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, schedules and communication among site teams, trades, suppliers, clients and internal departments.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, including scopes, specifications, change orders, purchase orders, invoices and meeting minutes.
• Monitor budgets, committed costs and timelines, identify variances and support corrective actions.
• Assist with procurement by requesting quotes, processing purchase orders and tracking material deliveries.
• Review contracts, drawings and scopes to flag missing or inconsistent information.
• Support project planning, construction, client handovers and warranty processes while upholding quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business Administration or related field (considered an asset).
• Experience in residential construction, project coordination or construction administration (considered an asset).
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean abstract and reliable personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience using project management software.
