Program Manager – GFC Acceleration

About the role

eBay is seeking a Program Manager to accelerate growth for its Global Focus Categories portfolio. Based in Toronto, you will lead product planning, coordination, execution and delivery across complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives, ensuring programs are ready, fast‑moving and collaborative.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex programs from concept through launch, aligning with business goals and growth priorities.
• Partner with domain and cross‑functional teams to define strategic vision, sequencing and capacity planning for interconnected initiatives.
• Lead integration discussions to support scalable architecture decisions and improve Agile delivery across engineering and product teams.
• Monitor program health, identify risks and blockers early, and implement mitigation plans to maintain momentum and execution quality.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, providing clear status updates and building alignment across partner teams.
• Strengthen operational excellence by establishing governance frameworks and improving automation and tooling for program tracking, transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software development projects.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management or a related role leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience managing technical roadmaps, defining product requirements and contributing to system architecture or integration decisions.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive consensus and deliver results in fast‑moving environments.
