Production Worker - Load Builder

About the role

The Load Builder/Assembler joins the production team to receive finished products from other departments and load them into route carts, bins, or storage for delivery. This fast‑paced position ensures that products are correctly sorted, packaged, and moved efficiently throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Receive clean, finished product from upstream departments.
• Read and follow written packing requirements, placing the correct type and quantity into designated carts, bins, or storage locations.
• Maintain a rapid work rate to keep up with product flow in the load‑building area.
• Transfer loaded carts/bins to delivery vehicles or designated storage areas.
• Identify and report product shortages to supervision.
• Handle products carefully to preserve quality and packaging integrity.
• Consistently meet efficiency and safety standards.
• Follow all supervisory instructions and keep the work area tidy.
• Perform additional tasks, including work in other production positions as needed.

Required profile

• Accurate color and size recognition, counting, and sorting.
• Ability to inspect, grade, and verify product quality.
• Strong comprehension of written packing instructions and directions.
