Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will oversee floor teams, ensuring daily production targets are met while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards. This role works closely with production supervisors to keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and floor employees, ensuring daily objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to distribute and track work orders.
• Enforce proper manufacturing practices, SOPs, and product specifications.
• Maintain and contribute to continuous‑improvement action plans, including 5S, SMED, and setup time reductions.
• Communicate KPIs and productivity goals to departmental leaders.
• Ensure shift handover continuity and manage route sheets.
• Participate in team development, audits, and occasional hands‑on production tasks.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned to support department performance.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills
